Job Description :

General duties of bookkeeper
Handle full sets of accounts, book keeping and general accounting functions;
Prepare accounting schedules, monthly financial reports and management reports;
Assist in audit and stock take;
Assist in daily accounting operations, including issue of invoices and inventory control;
Intercompany balance checking.



Requirements :


At least 5 years bookkeeping experience and daily accounting operation experience;
Competent PC skills; excel, words, outlook, macro
Good spoken English and written;
Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standard;
Knowledge of inventory costing, average cost calculation;
Knowledge of accounting software Kingdee, Peachtree be preferred;
Responsible, attention to detail and good organization skills;
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
